Rules: Vote online at http://helenair.upickem.net/engine/Rules.aspx?contestid=15851 or voting forms will be available at the IR at 317 Cruse between 8am and 5pm weekdays. Voting forms must be on original newsprint form and filled out completely. Any incomplete or incorrect voting ballots will be disqualified. $10 per photo entry fee. Donation of 25ยข for each vote. Vote as many times as you would like. Please mail forms to The Independent Record, PO Box 4249, Helena MT 59604-4249, or drop it off at the IR. All proceeds from the votes will go to support literacy through the Newspaper in Education (NIE) Program. The IR reserves the right to make all final
decisions concerning all matters of administrations, procedures and eligibility. All entries become the property of the IR. Rules are subject to change. In the event The Independent Record becomes aware of any attempt to subvert the general intent of the contest or its rules the company reserves the right to protect itself, advertisers and customers from those persons who would act to change the intent of the promotion for their own benefit. The Independent Record and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
